Online Gambling wins a BMW X6 SAVIt is bragging time! If you have read the about me page, you should know that online gambling in the form of Betfair trading has already bought me a Mercedes SLK back in 2005. 4 years later online poker is buying me a new BMW X6! Can online gambling become profitable, given that you take it seriously? I guess it can.

Ok, I usually don't brag. Although I really enjoy bragging posts in several kinds of forums, there are readers that don't feel comfortable. I totally understand them. On the other hand there must be other people like me who enjoy reading about other gamblers' accomplishments. So, this article is for them.

What would winning online gambling be without the joys it can bring? Online gambling can be very depressing from time to time and although it doesn't require that much physical strength and energy, it needs mental strength, focus and awareness at all times. It also requires many, many, many hours of devotion, studying and practice to become a successful professional gambler. Thus, all this work needs some rewarding at some point, and being very strict to myself I rarely enjoy those rewards. However, there are times that I give myself a little break. The last month was such a form of break, considering also the lack of updates in my sports blog. I usually posted 3 to 5 articles per week and kept in touch with my blog's visitors. During the last month I must have posted 5 articles in total, making it a very poor month regarding blogging. The reason for that of course was the purchase of a new car.

Because of the so-called financial crisis, car prices here in Greece have dropped a bit and many brands offered discounts up to 20% like BMW. Then on 6th of April the Greek government announced that they will cut down the import tax on cars to 50%. That meant that the more expensive a car (and a larger engine) was, the more benefit for the buyer. So, that was the kick off to search for the best deal. I had already looked at the BMW X6 back when it was just a concept car, because I would have needed a larger car than my own SLK, and I had already made my mind to buy an off-roader as my next car. However X6 was quite expensive and I didn't want to spend that much money on a car. I was looking at Mercedes ML and BMW X5, but in all truth I had decided on Audi Q5. Up to today I believe Audi Q5 is the best all-around solution for someone who is looking for an affordable off-roader of good quality and not having to pay a fortune for something a 10K car could do. However, the big discounts along with the import tax reduction brought the BMW prices to the lowest lows they have ever offered.

I never believed I would ever own a car like a BMW X6, due to finding it extremely expensive and not reasonable to spend that much money on a car. On the other hand it is the best looking off-road car I ever laid eyes on. Of course that is a personal taste and although I find it surprising to read different comments on forums, I respect all opinions. Anyway, I read every X6 page found online and every BMW dedicated forum in the internet. I finally pulled the trigger a month ago, and the car arrived yesterday at the BMW store. I'm going to pick it up on Tuesday but couldn't help not taking some photos of it when I visited them yesterday evening.

I hope you will enjoy the photos and I'm certainly going to post another article on probably Wednesday when I can take pictures of my new BMW X6 right next to my 2005 Mercedes SLK!

For the ambitious soon-to-be professional gamblers, I wish this article is one of those that will give you more inspiration and strength to fulfill what you are looking for.

I really injoyed your photos. Nice choice! And great work! I think that your blog is an evidence that someone can live from betting (and affiliate marketing). Btw did you sell your old SLK or there is still a chance to see both of your cars on the photo?

Hi Alex,
It is in my plans to publish such photos but I'm still in the process of taking them. Although it may take some time, I'll certainly do an update regarding the cars.
