Pokerstars award their poker players with freerolls every Saturday and VIP $50,000 Weekly is one of them. It is a freeroll poker tournament for Supernovas but players from other levels can win tickets playing satellites. I am a Supernova poker player at Pokerstars.com since last year and have already won the VPPs required for next year (trying for Supernova Elite but I won’t make it). I have missed this poker tournament about 4 or 5 times this year, and last Saturday’s Weekly freeroll was the lucky one for me!

1st prize for me and $9,750 more into my account! Well, that is not true, we made a deal in the final table when we reached Heads Up. Me and AttyBubba had at that point exactly the same chip count so we got about $8,000 each. I guess that is not bad for a freeroll!

I have already been to the final table of this tournament at least one more time as much as I can remember, winning the 7th place and cashing out about $1,300. Counting the total cash outs including the times I finished in the money, I must have won around $10K from the specific freeroll for Supernova poker tournament. I can’t say that the competition is hard during the early stages of the tournament, since many players sit out due to being away from home although they registered themselves for the tournament. However, in the last stages most people know their game and you must be careful.

On 23rd of August I won the Pokerstars VIP Weekly $50K and Lady Luck was with me when I rivered a Full House against an already made Full House during Final table play!
